How can I make a group reservation?
You can submit your request online through the reservation form by selecting the package, date, desired time, and details of your request. We will respond as soon as possible.
How can I request a quote for a private event?
You can submit your request online through the quote request form by selecting the package, date, desired time, and details of your request. We will respond as soon as possible.
How early should I arrive before departure?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
Can I reserve a seat on the boat?
Seating on board is open based on the order of arrival. This applies only to our sightseeing cruises.
Where can I buy tickets for Canauxrama cruises?
Tickets for our various cruises can be purchased in advance either directly on our website or onboard our boats, subject to availability. Online reservations have priority boarding.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), cash, ANCV holiday vouchers, and ANCV-Connect (processing time required).
What languages are available for commentary?
Our tour guides provide commentary in both French and English on all our cruises.
Can I bring food and drinks on board?
No. Sightseeing cruises have a bar service available.
Are the boats covered and heated?
All our boats have a heated indoor area and an upper deck and/or outdoor terrace.
Are there toilets on board?
All our boats are equipped with toilets.
Are the cruises accessible for wheelchair users?
Our boats and boarding points are not easily accessible for people in wheelchairs.
Is smoking allowed on board?
Yes, in designated areas. Please ask the crew for the location once on board.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are allowed if kept on a leash or in a carrier (only on sightseeing cruises). For lunch and dinner cruises, pets are not allowed.
Can I warm up a baby bottle on the boat?
We can warm baby bottles on all our cruises.
